J&J Complete Lawn Care schedules lawn services Monday through Saturday, assigning specific mowing days within designated areas. Each customer is guaranteed a consistent schedule with the same lawn crew arriving at their property each week, ensuring reliable and personalized service.
To ensure the best service for your lawn care needs, J&J Complete Lawn Care kindly asks our customers to prepare their yards before our technicians arrive each week. This includes picking up small items such as toys, hoses, and pet waste. Please note that we’re not liable for any damage to exposed sprinkler lines, cables, or other items unless we’re informed of their existence beforehand. If such items are present, we’ll mow around them, which may result in patches in the lawn.
For the convenience of our customers, we do offer to trim around large items like lawn furniture. However, any pet waste left uncleared before our technicians’ arrival will incur a $20 fee per visit. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our lawn care services.
J&J Complete Lawn Care prefers that all pets be kept indoors and all gates unlocked on your mowing day. If your gate is not unlocked, we won’t be able to mow the gated area until your next service, as returning disrupts our schedule. If you have special circumstances with a pet or gate, please inform us so we can accommodate you. Our crews are diligent about closing gates, but we cannot guarantee a pet won’t escape, so you accept this risk. J&J Lawn Care is not responsible for lost or injured pets.
If a national holiday falls on a Monday through Friday, we will shift our schedule for the rest of the week by one day. This adjustment ensures that all lawns are serviced the day after their regular schedule.
J&J Complete Lawn Care offers weekly or biweekly mowing rates. If you need to skip a week, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled service. Services will resume the following week. Note that if your lawn is significantly higher than usual after skipping, an additional fee may apply. If you do not cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled service, a 25% service fee will be applied.
J&J Complete Lawn Care will always strive to complete routes, even on light rainy days. If we are unable to complete your service due to heavy rainfall, we will adjust the rest of the week’s schedule by one day to ensure all remaining lawns are serviced.
You may cancel your mowing service with J&J Complete Lawn Care as long as you provide a two-week notice; no cancellation fee will be charged in this case. If you cancel without giving the required two-week notice, a cancellation fee equal to one week of service will be applied.
J&J Complete Lawn Care requires a non-refundable deposit to schedule service. This deposit will be credited to your first lawn care service.
J&J Complete Lawn Care provides two convenient billing options: monthly and pay-per-service. With our monthly plan, you’ll enjoy a 10% discount on rates when paid at the beginning of each month. For pay-per-service, payments are due within 48 hours of scheduled service. If payment isn’t received within this time frame, a $5 late fee may apply.
We accept payments via credit card or electronic funds transfer (EFT). If you prefer paper billing arrangements, feel free to reach out to our office for further assistance and details. We’re here to ensure a seamless billing experience for you.
